Ca' del Bosco Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige rappresenta l'essenza stessa della Franciacorta. Questa 45ª edizione è prodotta con le migliori uve Chardonnay, Pinot nero e Pinot bianco provenienti da vigneti diversi, vinificate separatamente e sapientemente assemblate. Il blend è composto per il 68% da vini della vendemmia 2020, per il 29% da vini di riserva della vendemmia 2019 e per il 3% da vini di riserva della vendemmia 2018. Successivamente, sono necessari 25 mesi di affinamento sui lieviti perché questo vino esprima tutta la sua ricchezza di aromi e sapori. Un franciacorta classico ma moderno, piacevole e fresco, perfetto per ogni occasione.

Chardonnay, Pinot bianco e Pinot Nero provenienti da 197 vigne biologiche certificate.
Vinificazione
L'assemblaggio è composto dal 68% di vini della vendemmia 2020, dal 29% di vini riserva nobili del 2019, dal 3% di vini nobili riserva del 2018. Lavaggio e asciugatura di ogni singolo grappolo. Fermentazione di 7 mesi in serbatoi in acciaio termocondizionati.
Invecchiamento
Affinamento di 25 mesi sui lieviti.

This perennial classic always seems to deliver. The 45th edition opens with aromas of baked apple, brioche, baking spices, crème fraiche, lemon zest and ginger. The palate backs it all up with ripe orchard fruits, lemon curd and persistent minerality, finishing with lively acidity.

Celebrating a big anniversary, the Ca' del Bosco NV Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige Extra Brut 45 Edizione is mostly Chardonnay with smaller parts Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco. It's a blend of vintage and reserve wines from 2020, 2019 and 2018, and it ages on the lees for 25 months to produce aromas of rich lemon and freshly baked pie crust. The beading is visibly very light and delicate, and the palate is too. This is a very gentle sparkler with medium-plus freshness.

Falstaff:

Medium straw yellow with golden reflections and fine mousse. On the nose, notes of baked apple, brioche, ripe pineapple, orange zest, and a hint of peach. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with a fruity core and a very long and markedly fruity finish with noticeable saltiness.

James Suckling:

Lemon, grapefruit, honey and saltines on the nose. Crisp and fresh, with a medium body and relatively gentle bubbles. Dry and crisp finish. Could do with more length. Disgorged in 2022. Drink now.
