A salmon-colored sparkling with aromas of orange zest, sour cherries, crushed raspberries and lemon blossom. Some biscuit and sea shells. It’s light-to medium-bodied with bright acidity and fine bubbles. Excellent focus. Dry. Pinot noir and monastrell. Drink now.
