Pardas Blau Cru 2021

The white 2021 Blau Cru was produced with Malvasía de Sitges grapes from 25-year-old vines from a massal selection. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and matured with the lees that were stirred every 15 days for nine months, and it didn't go through malolactic fermentation.
