The balsamic 2021 Santa Rosa was produced with a blend of Monastrell, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with subtle aromas of herbs and berries, light and easy to drink, with mellow acidity and polished tannins. It was vinified with uncrushed grapes and had a very short maceration. It matured in 500-liter French oak barrels for 15 months. 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2023.
