Sobrenatural de Menade 2016

The 2016 Sobrenatural de Menade shows the aging potential of Verdejo and how personal the wine can be after 36 months in barrel, during which time I guess it developed a veil of flor yeasts that gave it a Jura twist of nuts and spice. It has a sharp and austere palate with salty flavors and a chalky texture. 3,200 bottles were filled in November 2019. - Luis Gutiérrez.
